Is it me or is this year just weird....
Jobs are not the same these days. I recognise that I'm not going to be full time employee any more. I will, though, be there for you whenever you want on your AI led Quality Journey! OR... simply use me (brain and brawn) for whatever you want in your (legal) pursuit of business happiness.
AI Tests and Growing
Toby has decided that traditional Test Managers are a thing of the past and that the fiddly hassles of software and IT testing is done by niche professionals and technical savvy people. Toby is neither niche nor tech savvy but he still would like to keep on testing but now using AI as a tool and not a substitute. He has been learning what AI can do and how it has been helping small and niche IT programmes and time to market place.

Focused Test Landscaping using AI
GARDENS are natural and, with a lot of hard work, are beautiful to behold.
I could be cheating here using AI to present a lovely scene - but this is all legit and real.
AI, however, lets people do the real gardening while it helps grow your IT quality and test execution much quicker!
So, you too can have more time to enjoy your garden (or whatever rocks your boat)
Doing and Designing
Management is easy.... as they don't say!!
Being a Test Manager is also not easy, but ... with over 20 years of hands-on and delivery experience, Toby HAD used all the techniques and tricks for designing and executing.
BUT NOW, Toby is reading the room.
Testing is getting too TECHNICAL (for some).
However, a lot of companies still only NEED and WANT Easy and UNDERSTANDABLE TEST PROs that help them navigate QUALITY without all the testing mumbo jumbo.
SPEED IS GOOD and AI BRINGS RELIEF TO DOING GOOD TESTING AND getting Delivery in a quicker TIME to MARKET.

AI - When properly managed (i.e by ME), can support CORRECT AND RELEVANT data needs.
Clear, Concise and Meaningful Reporting with AI
After 25 years of professional Testing, Toby knows that even after all the best preparation and execution, that if the hard work and results aren't communicated correctly, then it might have been all for nothing.
Toby made test progress reporting fundamentally EASY to share with his Customers. With AI now, the PAIN and Decoding of producing metrics and sharing will be a thing of the past!!!
This is ME..
Toby (yes, that IS half of me and it is not an AI photo) drives test projects like his garden - steady, accurate, functional, happy, satisfied and always room for development but, ultimately... coming up smelling of roses (or tulips)!

I think I am great at the test garden, but you need more than my word for that!
Fortunately, other people think I'm great too....
